Autumn arrives in a flash. Suddenly, days are cooler and just a tad shorter. Our bodies crave the nourishment the shifting season demands and, luckily, these months give up some of the year’s best, most varied bounty – persimmons, apples, celeriac, fennel and zucchini, for starters. It’s still not too late for salads, but it’s time for galettes, gratins, soups and cakes too.

OzHarvest CEO Cookoff 2018

I am excited to announce that I will be taking part in The OzHarvest CEO CookOff on Monday 19 March. The CookOff feeds and entertains over 1,100 people in need, whilst providing an opportunity for Australia’s top bosses and their staff to lead by example in service to Australians who face food insecurity.
In the lead up, I am helping to raise funds in support of OzHarvest & their total goal of raising $2 million, which will provide 4 million meals to people going without all around Australia. I'd love your support in helping reach our fundraising goal! Every $1 donated to OzHarvest means they can deliver 2 meals to those in need, Mike x
