Summer is all about daylight saving and long, light-filled evenings. It’s conducive to entertaining. I love walking down to the beach for a late-afternoon dip, before getting ready for dinner. My wife and I enjoy having people over, plus we have three boys, so there are always friends and family hanging out. This summer we split our time between Britain, where my wife’s family lives and Sydney. We are lucky enough to be able to have the best of both worlds, and when it comes to food, if you stick with seasonal cooking you can't go far wrong – dishes will simply taste better. Mike x
OzHarvest CEO Cookoff 2018
I am excited to announce that I will be taking part in The OzHarvest CEO CookOff on Monday 19 March. The CookOff feeds and entertains over 1,100 people in need, whilst providing an opportunity for Australia’s top bosses and their staff to lead by example in service to Australians who face food insecurity.
In the lead up, I am helping to raise funds in support of OzHarvest & their total goal of raising $2 million, which will provide 4 million meals to people going without all around Australia. I'd love your support in helping reach our fundraising goal! Every $1 donated to OzHarvest means they can deliver 2 meals to those in need, Mike x
